At JERICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
